Trump Makes HUGE Announcement About Hillary Clinton And FBI

President Donald Trump spoke out on Monday to defend his former national security advisor Michael Flynn, saying that he feels “very badly” for his former national security adviser who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI.

Daily Mail reported that Trump then pointed the finger at Hillary Clinton, pointing out to reporters that she had lied to the FBI about her use of a private email server while leading the State Department.

“Clinton lied many times to the FBI, nothing happened to her. Flynn lied and they destroyed his life. I think it’s a shame,” Trump said on the White House South Lawn.

Trump had previously argued that Flynn was dismissed for misleading Pence about talks with the Russian government about the easing of sanctions. Though former FBI Director James Comey claims that Flynn was dismissed for misleading Pence about talks with the Russian government about the easing of sanctions, Trump says that this is not true.

“I never asked Comey to stop investigating Flynn. Just more Fake News covering another Comey lie!” Trump said yesterday.

“I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI. He has pled guilty to those lies. It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful. There was nothing to hide!” the president wrote on Twitter on Saturday.
